___Terms___

:star:Please look at the examples for each commission so you have an idea of what the final product will look like. By doing this, you cannot claim that the final artwork does not look like you expected.

:star:Each picture comes with 1 bust/full-body character, depending on what you choose. However, you may add as many more as you wish with a charge of 50% of the initial price per extra character, except on ACEOs(they are simply too small to add any more characters on), unless they're busts.

:star:These prices are base prices, meaning that that is the price for a relatively simple character. Start adding lots of details, for example wings on a character that already has 4 limbs, lots of accessories, complicated clothing or markings, a fully scaled dragon or reptile, etc., the price will increase accordingly. Please ask about quotes if you are unsure if your character would merit extra charge!

:star:Background. Each comes with an abstract background, or a plain white background if you wish, or for digital pieces, a transparent background, all free of charge. I am not completely confident in drawing landscape-type backgrounds, but feel free to ask anyway - there may be something I can do.

:star:I will draw most anything, though I won't draw something that goes against my moral values. Mainly this means I won't draw anything pornographic, or promoting hate, racism, bullying, self-harm, etc. Please feel free to ask if you are unsure whether your idea fits underneath these categories! If it is a character of yours, I must have reference or a description.

:star:Process. Once you commission me, I will send you a basic sketch of what it will look like, unless you've commissioned a sketch. (If it's a sketch, then you'll just get the finished product, no WIPs.) If you like it, I will ask for the payment then. If you don't, I will try the sketch again. Once you like the sketch, I will require the full payment before finishing the piece. I will post WIPs on request.

:star:Size. Most things will be 9 inches by 12 inches. The only exceptions are ACEO cards, which are 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches; sketches, which are 11 inches by 8.5 inches; the keychains, which tend to be 2 or 3 inches tall, not including the chain; and of course sculptures, which size will vary. If you wish, you may request a size, but it cannot be bigger than 9"x12", because that is how large my paper is. If you request a smaller size, you will get a lower price - the smaller it is, the less expensive it will be. Digital pieces may vary, but they are always 2000px by 2000px or bigger, unless you request a certain size. For digital pieces, a larger size is no extra cost, but a smaller size is not less expensive.

:star:Waiting time. Waiting time will depend on the commission ordered. Bigger commissions, such as large sculptures and prismacolors, take a large block of time to complete. Smaller commissions, such as ACEOs and chibi sculptures, won't take as long. I make a point not to set a deadline on commissions because I realize that sometimes unexpected things will come up, but commissions are always my priority. It will usually not take longer than 1-3 months depending on the commission, but feel free to bug me about your commission. ;)

:star:Payment. PayPal only. Everything is in USD. Make sure you send the money as service or goods. I won't start working until I recieve the PayPal transfer. I also offer an item trade as payment: [link]

:star:Refunds. I do not offer refunds, except on the extremely rare occasion that I cannot finish your commission, in which case you will get a full refund. Once it is paid, you won't get money back, so make sure you know what you want.

:star:Shipping/Handling. I will ship the original artwork to you provided you pay for shipping. (If you don't want it shipped to you, you don't need to pay for shipping.)
-Shipping inside US: $6
-Shipping outside US: $17
-ACEO shipping: Free
I will give you a tracking number so you can track it online to make sure it gets to you, if it is not an ACEO. If it is an ACEO, I just send it in a regular envelope, because it fits, unless of course you want to pay for shipping and a tracking number. I DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED MAIL. I always protect the artwork before sending it out. Be 100% sure you give me the correct address.
For digital pieces, you don't need to pay for shipping. I will email the original file to you, without a watermark, no charge. I'll also email the digital file of traditional pieces, unwatermarked, on request.

:star:AS THE ARTIST, I RETAIN SOLE COPYRIGHTS TO THE ARTWORK. While you may have commissioned the artwork from me, I reserve rights and the copyright to the art. Do not claim the artwork as your own. I reserve the right to make prints and sell them, as well as post it on deviantART or otherwise, with a watermark. Your commission can be used for noncommercial use only. This means you may use it as a banner for a website, as an icon, for a tattoo, etc. as long as it is not being used for profit. You may not create prints and sell them. You also cannot claim that anyone other than myself, the artist, created it. I, the artist, agree to not reproduce or publish any commission in any derogatory manner whatsoever. Any character will remain the owner's - the design, history, personality, etc. of the character will still belong to the owner of the character, but the physical piece of art belongs to me.
If it is traditional art: As an owner of an original art piece, you are welcome to do anything you wish to it(draw on it, resell it, rip it up and collage it, etc.) but I still retain copyrights and rights as stated above.

:star:By commissioning me, you agree with these terms.

Questions? Feel free to ask me! I promise, I don't bite. Also, if you would like something you have seen me do in my gallery but is not on my commissions list, feel free to ask. Quotes are always open.

If you would like a commission, please note me on deviantART, note me on FurAffinity(my username is ZulayaWolf), or email me at zulayawolf@yahoo.com and title your email "commission" or something along those lines.

My current commission list is on the right side of my profile page, just scroll down a bit until you see the box labeled "Art Status".

Could you send me a note with what you want? Also just be warned I'm a little squeezed for time right now and it might be a month or two before I can get to your commission...if you still want it, knowing that.

Everything is outlined in the terms, though I'll restate some of it for you.

Yes, basically you just give a description of what you want and I'll do it for you. ;) My process is that you describe the character to me, and I'll give you a basic sketch of what the finished piece will look like. I'll redo the sketch if you aren't happy with it. Once you give the okay on the sketch, I ask for full payment through PayPal. Once I recieve payment, I start working on your commission.

(However, if you're commissioning a sketch, you don't get a preliminary sketch. I just ask for payment up front.)

Hope that cleared it up for you! :D

ok sounds fair. As i described my fursona, it is a black cat with brown eyes, and short fur and thing tail. i want to resemble by body type, athletic and fit. nothing like bulging muscles but like a soccer player; i weigh 165lbs and am 6'. regular black collar. I know it sounds strange, but im pretty dominant not a sissy boy like a other house cats. So more a serious look.the sketch one i was thinking of maybe front on, sitting on a bench. the other, the digital, standing pose in red plaid boxers,

Ha ha, no worries! XD I referenced off other artists' terms before making my own. Make sure you tailor them to your own needs and become at least somewhat knowledgeable about copyrights and selling and whatnot. All I remember is that if you say, "As the artist, I retain sole copyrights to the artwork", and the commissioner agrees to that, then boom, you're good on copyrights. (I think you're supposed to get a signature, but that makes things insanely complicated...so I don't do that bit. ^^;) I also have some really good resources if you're interested - [link] [link] [link] . I think I referenced off `Exileden and =WhiteSpiritWolf's terms at the very beginning, but they've changed a lot since then.

Yep, I have them set up xD
And I am opening one to test out how they work and such because I must know these things and I need monies for laundry.
Anyway. . Yeah, I think I got the policy stuff okay, I will see from experience if there is anything else I need to add :/
